HCCGA Eager for 2024 Citrus & Specialty Crop Expo

Excitement for the 2024 Citrus & Specialty Crop Expo is building for many, including Ray Royce, executive director of the Highlands County Citrus Growers Association (HCCGA). Royce encourages growers, industry representatives and agricultural companies to attend the event.

“The Citrus & Specialty Crop Expo is always a unique opportunity for those in the citrus industry to gain information that they may not be able to get otherwise,” says Royce.  “Attendees are able to interact with fellow growers and industry personnel in a meaningful way that will positively impact their operations.”

The Citrus & Specialty Crop Expo is preparing for its second year at its new location.

“I think that it is important that everyone saves the date and makes it over to the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa,” says Royce. “Last year proved that this facility has the ability to not only have a great trade show but also offer the seminars that are so looked forward to by participants.”

Many of the top agricultural companies are registered to exhibit at this year’s expo. Royce explains that exhibiting at the Citrus & Specialty Crop Expo allows companies to put their products and services in front of the overall agricultural community. “It is a great opportunity to be able to interact with decision makers across a wide range of agricultural commodities, not just citrus,” explains Royce.

Don’t wait, register now! Registration is free for commercial growers, commercial grove owners, commercial grove managers, certified crop advisers, grower association executives, government, legislative and universities.

All preregistered growers will be automatically entered for a chance to win a John Deere gun safe, courtesy of Everglades Equipment Group. To preregister, click here.
