- Please note: All equipment exhibitors must set up Monday, August 19, 2024 - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Trade Show
- Wednesday, August 21, 2024- 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Thursday, August 22, 2024 – 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Entrances
On exhibitor set up day, Aug. 20, all vendors will enter the Florida State Fairgrounds via the Orient Road Gate.

Signage will be present to help direct vendors to Expo Hall. At check in, you will receive your parking pass for the days of the show.
On show day, everyone will enter the property through the 301 gate and park in the designated area. All vendors must have a parking pass to park.
