Florida FFA recently announced its newly elected 2026–27 state officer team. This outstanding group of young leaders will be joining AgNet Media in Fort Myers this August to volunteer at the Citrus & Specialty Crop Expo.
Each year, the Florida FFA state officers play an important role in helping create a welcoming and successful experience for attendees and exhibitors. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and passion for agriculture make a lasting impact at the event.
The 2026 Citrus & Specialty Crop Expo will be held Aug. 12–13 at the Caloosa Sound Convention Center in Fort Myers, Florida. The event brings together growers, researchers, industry professionals and exhibitors from across the citrus and specialty crop industry.
Expo attendees and exhibitors will have the opportunity to support Florida FFA by purchasing raffle tickets during the show for a chance to win a pull-behind smoker generously donated by HAYS-LTI. It is a simple way to give back while investing in the future of Florida agriculture. While at the Expo this year, be sure to meet the Florida FFA state officers and purchase a raffle ticket. The drawing will take place at 5:00 p.m. during the first day of the event.
Citrus & Specialty Crop Expo registration is now open. Registration is complimentary for commercial growers, commercial grove/farm owners and managers, certified crop advisers, grower association executives, government, legislative and universities.
All preregistered growers will be automatically entered for a chance to win a John Deere gun safe, courtesy of Everglades Equipment Group. To preregister, click here.
